The Universal Insole is intended for shoes without removable insoles, particularly shoes where the Classic Insole or Athletic insole might not fit (such as loafers, flats, boots, and some dress shoes). They should not be worn with high heels or sandals.

Sizing and Arch Types

Choose your insole size based on your shoe size – if you’re between sizes, size up! They work for all arch types and foot shapes. If you initially feel slight discomfort, that will likely go away as they mold to your arch.
