Insoles for Supination

Supination happens when a person puts more pressure on the outside of their foot while walking or running, unevenly distributing their weight. Also called underpronation, it's the opposite of overpronation, which occurs when a person puts more weight on the inside of their foot.
Why does this happen? Here are some common reasons:
- Structural issues with the feet, such as high arches
- Incorrect footwear
- Misalignment in the body
- Standing for long periods
- Previous injuries or exercise-related overuse
- Stiffness due to aging or a sedentary lifestyle
While it's important to address the underlying causes of supination, switching to more supportive footwear and wearing insoles can help alleviate pain and soreness.
Struggling with supination?
Excessive supination can impact your body's overall alignment, causing pain in your feet and back, knees, and hips. It can also increase the risk of:
- Ankle injuries
- Plantar fasciitis
- Hammertoe, calluses
- Bunions
- Pain in the ball of the foot
Lightweight shoes with extra cushioning and plenty of room in the toes help with supination. Insoles designed for underpronation can also help. Fulton has insoles for every purpose.
Fulton Insoles for supination
How Fulton insoles address supination
Meet the key features of our supination insoles.
Heel stabilization
Our deep heel cups support and stabilize the heels so they don’t roll outwards. This helps correct the kinetic chain, protecting sensitive ankle and knee joints when engaging in high-impact activities like jumping and running. Fulton's athletic insoles have foam to cushion the foot during workouts or long days on a worksite.
Custom arch support
Arch support helps stabilize the foot and keep it aligned so that it doesn't roll outwards. This also helps stabilize the entire body. Fulton insoles’ cork base molds to the users foot to provide customized support that perfectly supports their arch.
Versatility
Our insoles can be worn with various shoe types, including casual and athletic footwear that has fixed insoles. The universal insole is perfect for shoes with or without removable insoles.
Plus, the cork material molds to your foot for a customized fit that prevents rolling.

Finally something that works!
I have shoeboxes full of the various insoles and custom orthotics I've tried over the years. The Classic Insole took a couple days to get formed to my foot but my foot pain is finally gone and my shoes are super comfy!

Better than custom orthotics
Yes, you need to break them in so that they can form to your foot/gait/body type, but with a small investment in time, you will get an absolutely awesome pair of replacement insoles. I won’t say these are the last insoles that I will ever buy, but I will say they are the last BRAND!

Game changing
As someone with flat feet, I've struggled with insoles because they are either cheap and poorly made or incredibly expensive. Fulton Insoles are affordable and work beautifully, perfectly molding to my foot while giving me the support I need.

Great all-purpose insoles, less foot pain
I had serious foot pain and bought Fulton insoles on a whim, thinking they might help. I brought them to my orthopedic doctor, and he told me that they were 1) the best he has seen on the market and 2) if I wore them in my running shoes every day, my foot pain would go away, as it was due to unsupported arches. My foot pain is gone, I'm back to running, and my feet feel amazing.

Medical-Quality Insoles
Fulton insoles are as good as medical-grade orthotics, without the hefty price tag and doctor visits. As someone who has tried multiple types of insoles including doctor-prescribed inserts, I can say without a doubt that these are my new favorite pair.
