FAQs

Find a pair of shoes you’d like to wear your insoles in, remove their stock insoles and replace them with your Fultons. They’re ready to be worn! Start by walking in them to mold the insoles to your feet and your shoes. The break in period should take about 10 hours of walking, and by the end, your insoles should feel naturally molded to your feet and shoes - therefore, it’s best to keep them in one pair of shoes.

If you want help understanding which shoes work best with your Fulton insoles, refer to the compatibility chart for the Classic Insoles here and the Athletic Insoles here.

The break in period is the time where your insoles mold to support the way you walk by adapting to the shoes you’re wearing them in. If you’re not used to wearing supportive insoles, you may feel mild discomfort to begin with, that should go away by the end of the break in period. We suggest wearing your insoles for a few hours a day, and/or alternating days of wearing them to adjust to the sensation of support. If you are feeling extreme pain, please reach out to us and do not keep breaking them in. Break them in before running or engaging in high-impact activities.

First, ensure that the shoes you’re wearing your insoles in have removable insoles and that they have been removed. If you still experience issues, try your Fulton insoles in a few other pairs of shoes to see if the issue persists, if it does, reach out to support@walkfulton.com and we can help!

As part of our 90-day comfort guarantee, we accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, but after 30 days of the item’s receipt. We consider the first 30 days an important trial period, where you have the opportunity to completely break the insoles in and experience the benefits of custom molding arch support before choosing whether you would like to return them. For sizing issues, we always recommend trying your insoles in a few pairs of shoes with removable insoles to see if this helps.
