We offer free shipping within the United States
We offer shipping internationally to over 200 countries. Shipping rates, duties, and taxes are calculated upon checkout and added to the retail price of the product. Similarly, when returns and exchanges are processed, they include any relevant shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, but only after 30 days of the item’s receipt. We consider this an important trial period, where you have the opportunity to completely break the insoles in before choosing whether you would like to return them. In the event that you still want to return the product after the break-in period, we would be happy to process the return.
