The idea of cork forming to your own foot after 10 hours or so seemed plausible. Well, not only plausible it's a winner! Works great for me with my super high arches and I can see how out would work for someone with flat feet bc the cork forms appropriately to your own issue.

Will Fulton insoles work for my arch type?
Yes! Fulton insoles work for all arch types. They mold to support the way you walk in the specific pair of shoes you’re wearing. Every body is different, and so is every shoe! After around 10 hours of consistent wear, your Fulton insoles will be customized to your unique arch, providing support that’s tailored just for you.
Are they custom?
Fulton insoles are an innovative type of insole that we call “custom molding,” which bridges the gap between over-the-counter (OTC) insoles and custom orthotics. They will arrive at your doorstep the same way any other pair of OTC insoles would, but mold to support your unique body after about 10 hours of wear. Fulton insoles are effective, affordable, and custom tailored to your body.
How long do they take to break in?
In general, your insoles should be broken in after about 10 hours of walking with them (or 30 miles – whichever comes first!)
What size should I order?
We recommend buying the same size insoles as the shoes you’re planning to wear them in. If you’re between sizes, order a size up!
What types of shoes can I wear these in?
Fulton insoles are intended for shoes with removable insoles (generally sneakers and boots). Simply take out the current insoles and replace them with your Fulton insoles.
How long do they last?
Fulton insoles are quite durable, and will last about as long as a pair of shoes. We recommend replacing your Fulton insoles when you replace your shoes, or after about 500 miles (roughly a year of regular wear)
